FESF is dedicated to creating opportunities for individuals from San Diego County to achieve their educational aspirations. We promote learning and support academic and professional development through annual scholarship awards. We accomplish this through effective fundraising, prudent investing, and efficient foundation processes. FESF values education, because we believe the advancement of society, and of an individual, is dependent on the ability to effectively communicate knowledge, ideas and aspirations.
